Level D - Instructor Diploma
The EDA Instructor Diploma is a comprehensive series of weekend intensives based on a minimum of five 4 hour units that can be combined in different ways. Self studies between intensives are an essential part of this Diploma. The series focuses on aspects of teaching such as movement breakdown, concepts and manipulation, injury prevention, background
knowledge, style understanding, pedagogics skills and scholastic/curricular structuring as well as addressing the business aspect of dance.
There are five additional in-depth studies units that may be added to the five unit base of this Diploma addressing Shaabi, Khaleegi, Balady, Saiidi, Classical Raqs Sharki and famous stylizations.
How does it work?
The different units of this diploma are offered as weekend intensives in San Diego and internationally. Upon completion of the 5 base units the dancer will receive their diploma. Additional in-depth studies units will be accredited seperately.
How much is it?
$100 / unit excl. online coaching and $50 annual membership fee upon completed diploma

Note: the Diploma may be developed further with specialization seminars offered internationally by the EDA. A membership fee of $50 a year is required upon completion of any EDA Diplomas.
